What is a DMA cheat?

What hardware do I need?
A DMA card (PCIe Screamer / 35T / 75T) connected between two PCs, plus a hardware mouse-passthrough device (KMBox Net, KMBox B/B+, or MAKCU) to send input to the game PC.
How do I activate my license?
