All sales are final
Every purchase on xfx.systems is a sale of digital software. There is no refund, no partial refund, no store credit, and no exchange. Paying by card or crypto does not change that.
Redeemed means delivered
A license key that has been redeemed, activated, or added to an account has been delivered. That key cannot be refunded. Using it, sharing it, gifting it, or losing the account does not reopen the sale.
No chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback after a key is redeemed is a broken sale. The license is revoked and the account is closed. The key is not reissued.
What is not a refund
A game update, a ban from a game, downtime, a loader that needs a fix, or a change to a product is not a refund. The software is sold as it runs on the day you redeem the key. Fixes ship when they are ready. They are not a reason to reverse the charge.
Your key
You keep the key and the account. A key that was redeemed and then shared, resold, or posted is not replaced. We can revoke a key and close an account for that.
Buying is agreement
Checkout is agreement to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not pay. Questions go to
Discord. Discord does not create a refund after a key is redeemed.
